Compassionate Hearts Outreach (CHO) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization designed to mobilize skilled field care teams to meet the basic needs of underserved (poor, disadvantaged, indigent) populations in the Santa Clarita Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Ventura County. We serve indigent individuals, families, adolescents, children and the elderly who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness due to low or no income, and reach out to migrant farm worker populations. No person shall be discriminated against based on religion, ethnicity, race, color, gender, disability or residency.
